With the Grace of God and our patron St. John as an example, we at St. John Church on Lamar Avenue proclaim the glory of our Lord.
Nourished by the Sacraments, Holy Scripture and the teaching of the Catholic Church we celebrate a spirit-filled sacramental life.
The courage of St. John is our example as we evangelize and educate; embracing all God’s children with constant hospitality at the beautiful church of St. John.
With the love shown by our Savior we are dedicated to charitable work and advocate for all issues of human life and justice.
About us
Welcome to the St. John Catholic Church website. We welcome you in the name of the Holy Trinity, the Father and the Son and the Holy Spirit.
The parish is staffed by the priests, members of the missionary religious order called Society of the Divine Word, founded in1875 by St. Arnold Janssen. The pastor is Fr. Kazimierz Abrahamczyk SVD and the asociate is Fr. Fidelis Armin SVD.
